None. Welfare reform was popular for a reason. Romney is advertising the huge numbers of additional food stamp and welfare recipients under Obama. Where is the downside? A hefty majority of Americans see themselves as makers not takers. So tell me which demographic does Romney lose with?

Just a quick note...I just met a lady who resides in Mexico and is expecting her second child. Guess where she aim to have her baby?? Her first child was born here and the second is due any week now. She will be collecting welfare and all the perks that go along the privileges of being born here while residing in Mexico...WHAT A COUNTRY WE LIVE IN...UH?!! This baby will be on welfare for a loooooooong time, compliments of the citizens of the USA, so start opening your wallet a tad bigger!!

I just read an overview of Romney’s comments - I see a downside. there are plenty of people in the 47% that will/would vote for Romney. Maybe Romney doesn’t realize that. They may find his remarks insulting. The media will definitely capitalize on this latest opportunity. Hopefully it doesn’t do too much damage.
