Good point on the tax thing. Obama will pass a new tax on expression. Criticism of God, conservatives, Christianity, the tea party, traditional marriage, Republicans and morality in general will incur a $1 per year tax. Criticism of islam, muslim terrorists, abortion, Democrats, homosexuality and immorality will incur a $100,000 tax, per statement. You’ll still have the right to criticize as long as you’re willing and able to pay the tax - just like with Obamacare.
It’s what Robert’s decision has led us to. If we assume the tax power trumps every thing else in the Constitution, then we no longer have a Constitution.
