Now I know why the Democrats appear to have been encouraging Blacks to migrate to the cities. The last time I moved between counties in Ohio, registering to vote in the new country was supposed to cancel the registration in the old county. I ended up registered in both until I got a jury summons from the old country and therefore went to explicitly cancel my old registration.
