They are lying because there is no way possible the terrorist could target a particular person, on a particular day, at a particular location without some assurance the person targeted would be at that location on that day.

The only person that could guarantee with 99% certainty he would be at that location on that day, several months in advance so plans could be made, is Hillary Clinton.

Even the Ambassador himself couldn't guarantee it with a higher % than Hillary because Hillary could tell him to be somewhere else.

I don't think Hillary intended for him to be killed, just taken hostage and held until Romney took office.
