Politico jumped the shark years ago. I strongly agree with you.
They’re not news—they are a propaganda outlet.

However, that means that they take advantage of any negative news that does come out.

I’m defensive because I’m angry with the way things are being done in the Romney campaign and I want to win, and I want the marxist defeated.

If they are actually going to publish original words to a speech that were cut out — I’m interested to know in what was cut out and why. Was there conservative stuff in there that the McCainoids on the staff didn’t want? And if so, they should be fired.

How is not agreeing with campaign strategy & infighting a vote for Obama? Is Drudge voting for Obama because they posted their knowledge on Politico?

I’ll give you the benefit of doubt. I just feel if the incumbent is more or less tied with a challenger 8 weeks out from the election and the incumbent can’t clear 50, then Romney wins by default.

Not the cleanest win but a win nonetheless. Strategery can always be this or that but no spin can cover up basics of 16 trillion in debt, Obamacare, $4.00 gasoline (don’t tell the fed - they think there is no inflation) and 15 to 16% true unemployment/underemployment. All these factors weigh on people’s minds more on a day to day basis than whatever strategist complains to Politico. IMO, this is pure inside the beltway propaganda and doesn’t relate to how people feel about this election as far as I can tell.
