I agree. I’m not entirely sure why all these “anonymous” conservatives are running straight to Politico and TheHill to complain all the time. They feed the narrative.
That being said, I think the Stuart Stevens/McCainites on the Romney camp aren’t helping him. What kind of Republican would go to Politico and say “Hey look, here’s what we did!” unless they had a bone to pick.
Someone in the Romney camp needs to resign.
Maybe they simply don’t exist. After all the 2004 “Bush National Guard” story was simply a CBS “News” manufactured myth.

It’s entirely possible there are no anonymous sources. Obama could easily gain access to all of Romney’s emails and internal documents, leak those to favorable media outlets, who then claim to have received them from Romney.
They’re not. It is fiction aka propaganda...
Being Politico, its highly possible “anonymous” is really “fictious”.
What campaign would not have different ideas on how to word the convention speech and the speech change a dozen times right up to ON THE AIR time?
