I'd disagree. If Obama held Romney's positions and was on the GOP ticket, he'd get maybe 5% of the black vote. We've seen this movie before - we've run black GOP candidates against white Democrats and seen blacks vote 9 to 1 for the white Democrat. For blacks, it's always been about pocketbook issues - freebies and race-based affirmative action in education and hiring.
The difference is the black conservative candidates are in the congress while the one is president.They will vote for him just like last time but maybe only once in the states that passed voter id.
