Kadaffy was in charge over there, not Al Quida. That plays into this as well. Daffy, with his harem of Valkyres was decidedly less ‘muslim’ than AlQ.

That said, it was as stupid of Bush to send gay/female ambassadors to the area as it is for Zero.
