It is much more than likely he violated these two aspects of his probation terms.
If this had not become big news as a result of his “movie,” these violations would not have become known. Since they are known, LEO should enforce them.

Bull crap. When you have the White House leaning on google and sending feds to investigate this guy, it is a big time first amendment issue.
His use of an alias, if it occurred (remember he is innocent until proven guilty) may be an issue, but if the guy was posting videos of kitty cats romping in the grass, I can be pretty sure the feds wouldn’t be leaning on google or him.
