Romney speaks just fine. Not sure why you make such a strange statement. For all his RINO faults public speaking isn’t one of them. He is as slick as a used car salesman and even kind of looks like one. :-)
Every time I listen to him under any kind of stress he says a lot of “ums” and “ahs,” and he seems to be giving more just plain unintelligible answers since getting the nomination in an increasingly strained effort to try to take all sides of every issue at the same time. Not that he hasn’t had verbal problems before, like his infamous FOX interview last year with Bret Baier and his disastrous, election-losing answer regarding his tax returns in the South Carolina GOP debate.
