I don't think this administration wants to publish the exact time-line of the Ambassador's demise, because they may find out he was being tortured and violated at the same moment Obama was toasting a Hollywood leftist at a fundraiser.
I believe we don’t have a timeline because the President was asleep and nobody woke him up. I wonder who was calling the shots?
My guess is Jarrett since they did nothing but defer to the Libyans while the consulate burned and the ambassador was MIA.
