I’m not giving up on letting them know my feelings about it. Not a chance of that!
DesJarlais is my current congressman and he just inherited Murfreesboro as part of his district with the new redistricting they did in TN. I’ve already emailed him today to tell him he’d better be brushing up on this whole muzzie issue, big time, if he hasn’t already. He told me, at a townhall last year, that he really didn’t know a lot about islam and I told him I’d email him a bunch of stuff to help him get started. He said, “Please do,” and I did. What he did with it, I dunno.
Wow! Eleven years since 9/11 and he still doesn’t know anything about Islam. What is he waiting for? He just wants to remain blissfully ignorant.
