The federal judiciary is fine with allowing a requirement that I pay for a background check before I can exercise a constitutional right to buy a gun, but they recoil in horror at the thought of requiring a voter to pay for a photo ID.
We don’t have a Constitution anymore (and haven’t for quite some time). The background check fee is no different than a poll tax.
Back ground check fee... what state is that?
