Since NICS started in November of 1998, there have been over 150 million checks done. If only half of those have been for new firearms, that would be an increase of 75 million firearms over that period. The denial of NICS checks is less than 1 percent.

haven’t you heard, the constitution no longer matters to the US government and besides, those in federal law enforcement, no laws apply at all. Confiscation and killing citizens is of no concern to the little tin gods employed in federal law enforcement. G. Gordon Liddy had it right if confronted by ATF jack booted thugs; aim for the head.

Most of the rest of the country has already equipped themselves fairly well.
People in the northeast have probably now reached the point where they are fed up with their nanny-state/police-state governments and have decided to catch up with the rest of the USA before the Obama Final Solution is visited upon us.
