RE :”By the evening news, Pelosi will be interviewed...*explaining* all of this.”
I do miss Pelosi as Speaker, those days were much more fun than Boehner, every-time she did a press interview she got in trouble. Now Republicans are the scape-goat again.
Dems explanation is that those who are uninsured who they deem as being able to pay are freeloaders. The others get it free. they say it all the time.

If the GOP falls for these empty promises when hundreds of IRS agents have been hired to audit forms to see if taxpayers are complying with ObamaCare, the GOP needs to close up shop and let a conservative party that has a clue run for office.
To: ArtDodger
This farce is just to get their foot in the door. They, like BO, will say anything to get their agenda passed.
Then they will do whatever they want.

wonder how many rounds of .40 cal are being procured in the name of iRS ???

Of course they won’t.These 16,000 new agents will just play with their paper clips all day..the fun being interrupted only by the daily three hour long lunch break.
To: Daffynition
assured congressional lawmakers that agents would play no role in enforcing the controversial requirement
Are their lips moving?
There is an element of truth here. In reality it will be your tax preparer that will enforce the requirements. IRS will enforce and penalize them. In reality, all tax preparers now work for the IRS now, must be certified by them and if not, their permit will be renounced.

"IRS revenue agents will not be involved. There will not be audits," IRS Deputy Commissioner Steven Miller told a subcommittee of the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives.

Charles Boustany, the Republican who heads the subcommittee, handed out a paper blasting the law as an "explosion of regulatory burdens." The law contains a number of new tax provisions, from the so-called individual mandate to tax credits for small businesses and levies on the wealthy to help pay for coverage.
Dems are in charge - when we vote out Obama life will get easier. Are you on board with that?

**...
as I said, the media can't spin this story -- but that means theyre going to memory-hole it -- just like they're memory-holing the fact that 75% of the ObamaCare burden will fall on the already drowning middle class.
After all, Americans need to know about Ann Romney's horses and Mitt's jet ski and Seamus and to be told more lies about Bain's outsourcing and, and, and, and, and
. **
Well, it's good to know ObamaCare is creating jobs somewhere
