One year after embracing an Internet-only distribution model, Mr. Beck is repositioning his streaming network, TheBlaze TV, as an offering for cable and satellite operators in other words, TV the old-fashioned way.

I was considering switching to Dish, come Jan (my FIOS deal expires).
Dish has a deal with FIOS. Now I am definitely going to take a 2nd look.

Great! Will add that channel to my favorites. Bet Dish is going to be surprised at the number of subscribers who do that literally ASAP.

BTW, Dish just cured our documentary film, “Rockin’ the Wall,” about music in the Cold War.

Yeah, I know... buying gold was a horrible idea for my portfolio. Stupid gold... good for nothing but out-of-contol growth. And the idea of enriching oneself... just ludicrous.

Glen said theyd rue the day they took him off Fox.If I remember correctly, Beck said that it was time for him to move on because he wanted to start GBTV.
His head got too big and he started to believe that his on camera crying jigs were entertainment.
I like Fox's "The Five" much better since I can only take him in small doses.

And your lead-in to a Segway commercial is equally ludicrous...

"Wont cost extra for Dish customers who have the Americas Top 250 or higher packages as it will be included. AT250 is Dishs most popular package right now. Its the equivalent to DirecTVs Everything package." Dish Network scrapped AMC. No AMC, no "The Walking Dead"----therefore no Dish for me.

I realize most of you aren't smart enough to understand nuance, but I'll risk the ZOT anyway.
The problem wasn't Glenn Beck recommending people buy gold. The problem was Glenn Beck telling people to shop with Goldline. People who didn't really understand the difference between bullion and 'semi-numismatic coins.' People who don't know what a 'spot price' is. People who could be spoked into buying coins rather than bullion based on statements from salesmen meant to mislead them. People who just knew that they trusted Glenn Beck and, because Glenn Beck gave Goldline his endorsement, they would not be mislead.
Did Goldline break the law? No. Did Glenn Beck? No. (Though Goldline did have to settle a fraud and theft lawsuit this year for its tactics and pay back money to all the Beck listeners they scammed.)
But Beck did betray the trust of his listeners by telling them to do business with an operation whose goal wasn't to help them invest wisely but to rip them off.
Contrast this with the precious metal company that Rush endorses, Lear Capitol, who sell real gold.
But go ahead, keep calling me a communist and jerking it to Beck/Levin/Hannity and all the other Limbaugh-wannabees.

He’s in talks with other providers who are interested in carrying his successful network venture. What he won’t do is allow some outside forces to take control of his network and steer it away from it’s intended purpose.
