He did exactly the same thing in 2006. He Kept on saying up until the day after elect day that Dems would get creamed by Rs.
You are confusing Rush being ‘right’ and Rush claiming he ‘is always right’. They are not the same thing. Rush is not a wizard whose words completely transform and redefine reality flipping it upside down, he is just an entertainer, and maybe a cult leader.
Given he was completely wrong in 2006 and 2008 he has come up with a clever but silly scam to use this time. He now says: ‘The MSM is creating bogus polls showing Obama winning to suppress the Romney vote”
I dont see how showing Obama ahead suppresses the Romney vote, I was more inclined to vote for McCain when I saw he was losing rather than winning. But this way Rush can be ‘right’ no matter how the election turns out.
If Romney wins Rush says “See I was right, those polls were bogus”
But if Romney loses Rush says :”See I was right, those bogus polls suppressed the Romney vote”
That way he is right, ‘Always right” as he says. He predicts heads and tails at the same time so he ends up 'right'.
If you are gullible enough to swallow his nonsense.
