On the days of September 8th and 9th, Gravis Marketing, a non-partisan research company, and Capitol Correspondent conducted a survey of 2,238 likely voters in the state of Virginia. The survey covered the same questions as the August survey, which comprised questions regarding the presidential election, Virginias senate race, the direction of the United States, and the effect of a libertarian candidate on Romney and Obama. Overall, from August to the most recent survey, Obamas 44% to 40% lead has turned into a Romney lead of 49% to 44% in the most recent poll. Interestingly, Obama didnt lose votes, rather Romney gained previously unsure voters or voters that previously planned on voting for a different candidate.
Who is Ahead in the Senate?

Just doesn't happen. Now that doesn't mean folks don't say they are, or that the "newsies" don't try to call you that, but they just don't exist. That makes any poll showing what those folks think total B.S.
Good deal. SurveyUSA has Romney +10 in NC. I also saw that Obama is pulling out so I figured it was a done deal.
That's good to hear; I was getting worried. I see ads for Kaine and his eyebrow every day, but I have yet to see a single Allen ad.
Check that. There IS Obama . . . .
That’s probably too high, but I think the handwriting is on the wall there. Next up, push him out of FL and VA, then OH and CO.
I’ll make u a deal. If you vote for romney at the top in virginia, i’ll vote for goode or write in whoever u want me to in texas. Deal? Honor code here.
Lots of signs in tidewater. Seen about 40 for George Allen vice 2 for the eyebrow.
“Were winning: Good poll!
Were loosing: Bad poll!”
That seems to be the relationship but this poll is also corrobroated by what I see in VA with my own lyin’ eyes. In the past 7-10 days, the momentum has gone over to willard.
I say that as someone who thinks he’s a lousy politician, a sham, a fraud, a poseur, a liberal in sheep’s clothing, etc. I have no intention of voting for him.
Very encouraging, thank you!
I thought it was a little high too but then President Bush won the state +13
That’s a very large sample for just one state. Might be a good poll.
Thank you, I wouldn't mind a one-way ticket to ex-Mrs Grammer's Camp, thank you!
CO, NV, WI, NH, MI or PA.
There is also a split vote in Maine, where he could get one EV.
CO + NV + Maine = 16.
Nov. is still a long way off and currently Zero is getting a bounce (more so from the media than from actual data).
I haven’t heard of it. I doubt theyll make much hay of it. Not because they don’t want to but because that sort of thing has a nasty way of backfiring here. The culture is such that it would be considered rude.
I assume you’re a Virginian?
I’ve noted the same, but not to the same extent. While I don’t think blacks will stay away in large numbers there isn’t the enthusiasm.
Erasable marker fumes trace back to small cell carcinoma.
Yeah he wasn’t my first choice either. I voted against him in the primary. But he’s a conservative and I’ll happily vote for him over tim kaine.
I also should stop calling tim kaine the eyebrow. He’s a liberal puke, but he’s also a Virginia liberal puke.
I wasn’t aware of that tidbit about the campaign manager. George is a nice enough fellow but not the sharpest knife in the drawer at times. Picking someone from out west who doesn’t understand the nuances of VA politics ....ill advised.
Are the pollsters and the media in cahoots with the GOP-e?
There’s still no Romney stuff here ~ there’s no Kaine stuff either.
