Part of the problem is that if the person/people are U.S. citizens with clean records, all the border security in the world won’t stop them
change is coming! If Obama or Romney wins—Change is coming. Events will dictate what will happen on the border.

But if they were US citizens with clean records, they wouldn’t have to sneak across the border, or be in Mexico to begin with. They would provoke less interest if they came in through regular channels.
If they are coming in from Mexico, there is something to hide.
