Its pretty unlikely that we're going to get rid of it either way. Governors across the nation on both sides of the aisle are setting up the state ends. Here in Michigan, Rick Snyder is doing it by executive order because the legislature wants to wait and see.

With all due respect, that’s a bit misleading. In reality, only 15 states and DC have opted to establish state exchanges. Most states (32) have done little if anything to effect the laws that would be needed to implement Obamacare. And three are thinking about letting the feds do it for them. Many states have not even bothered to request any funds for implementation.
