Was 50% of the population receiving some form of government subsidy back in 1998? Food stamps/EBT cards, welfare, "disability", etc.?
Obama and the 'RATs have designed it so more people are receiving gov't freebies and thus will vote to continue/increase those freebies. We will find out on November 6th if he was successful. (God help us, I hope he's not)
