You can watch the clip of Meet the Press in question and hear it. The New York Post has it if you google it.

But, he does say “I don’t want to get rid of all healthcare reform” and that translates to “I don’t want to get rid of all of Obamacare.” So, he did say it, just not explicitly. It’s just a matter of semantics. Before it was called Obamacare, it was “healthcare reform.” Romney’s being shrewd; no one can accuse him of failing as a politician.

Before it was called Obamacare, it was “healthcare reform.”

The Republicans had their own versions of "healthcare reform" during the time that Obamacare was enacted. They offered one as legislation and the Dems refused to consider it as an option, then they forced Obamacare through against the wishes of the American people.

Claiming that Romney said he wants to keep parts of Obamacare based on this David Gregory interview is equivalent to talking out of one's ass. Like Newsmax, constantly.
