Oh, goodness, stop blaming conservatives and free speech.

Blame the party; maybe he can pull out a good debate but

you are dealing with people who seem to want a government safety net.

Those people are being indoctrinated every day.

The bad economy actually helps Obama because of this.

Shape the battlefield first.
The battle is won before the first shot is fired.

Continuing reasons why Romney will lose ...
"Republicans Lose Ballot Lawsuits as Swing-State Rulings Loom"

17. Demogrpahics shifted past the tipping point in 2011 - 50% of all U.S. live births were non-white. Faux News mouthpieces continue to tell us we are a center-right nation but the evidence no longer supports it.

18. JournOlists keep telling us that ~50% of tax filers either pay no taxes or receive some federal entitlement.>/b>

19. Dick Morris continues to say Romney is ahead.

20. Retired General Electric CEO, Jack Welch, and Donald Trump (yeah, I know, whose side is he really own? - answer = his own. Haven't heard "the Donald" watching Sheriff Joe Arpaio's back in AZ lately, have you?) both said this summer that Romney needs a major league shake-up of his campaign team because his insider cronies just weren't getting the job done.

63 RDangerfield said People keep mentioning swing states. Here are the latest average of polls in all 11 “swing states” as recorded in RCP ... Who knows?

... and BHO was slightly ahead in all 11 after the Ryan "bump". As pointed out, these margins are much less than the 2008 election results. So there remains a ray of hope that Romney will close the gap. The election is 58 days out. Will Romney get tough or will he lay down like John McCain in 2008? Looking at past performances all the way back to 1994, Romney only got rough on his GOP opponents in the 2012 primary. He once said in MA that the "R" behind his name was for "reform". Would like to see more reports from Freepers in the swing states about the Romney TV ads they are seeing. Previous posts on FR generally gave the ads "weak" grades.
