How did it happen that 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus psycho spoiled brats hijacked the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party in the 1970s? Many rank-and-file Democrats do not understand that they no longer have a Party.

Abe tells us from "the other side":

You initiated a policy to tolerate the Marxist-Alinsky radicals and let them rant; not only has it not ceased but was constantly augmented by decades of infiltration and indoctrination. You now have two Americas. In my opinion, it will not cease until a crisis shall have been reached and passed. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." I believe this government cannot endure, permanently, half statist and half free; I do not expect the house to fall; but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other.

Real Democrats can be SOBs but they were our SOBs.

Hey, zoom up that cartoon from the NY Times— it is from 1934 I think. Stalin looks on while the useful idiots of intelligentsia spend us to oblivion, while Trotsky takes notes. A really spot on cartoon that someone should redo with the new actors in place.

Putin (since his is simply Stalin all over again, with feelings and press corps).

This was how FDR screwed up and prolonged the recovery, and led us into WWII as a solution— all to keep power in the demonrats control. And 4 damn terms— good Lord!
