That’s hardly fair to Jim.

Just because some people have decided that “playing nice” is an exercise in futility at this point doesn’t mean you should reconsider supporting FR because of them.

This is their [and my] opinion and does not reflect upon FR as a whole.

The site is not monolithic, nor are its posters.

I've requested no action from Jim. I only want to know the acceptable limits for his web site. I will decide only my own actions on that information.

I disagree (obviously). We have thousands of ways to get our message out without claiming the property of others as our personal billboards.

Just as we have agreed in the past the Free Republic does not exist to promote personal web sites, I do not and will not support FR to promote vandalism of private property. In no way is this part of any of the anti-FReeper sites; I have not and will not participate there.

Of course not. If we all agreed on everything, there would be no discussion and the site would perish. However, the site does have its limits. I am trying to learn the limits in this area.
