Granted, that’s way oversimplified. (subtract those of ineligible age, add back those on other transfer payments, adjust regionally & seasonally, etc.)

Yes, isn't that outrageous? And yet the government advertises Food Stamps like Wal*Mart advertises household goods. nobama and his goons won't be happy until everybody that qualifies is getting their monthly taxpayer paid largess.
The sad progression today: Job ☞ no job ☞ unemployment pay ☞ Social Security disability (which is going broke real fast) ☞ Food Stamps.
