Surprise! HHS pilot program to send 2 million poor seniors from Medicare into … “voucher” programs...well, they've got to do something with them - that $700 billion Obamacare cuts out of Medicare to make the "Affordable Care Act" look affordable was taken mainly from Medicare Advantage plans, which gave poorer seniors augmented coverage for services they might otherwise have to buy themselves (and of course AARP supported Obamacare to the detriment of seniors because now they get to try to sell more insurance plans to replace the missing coverage) - so who's really pushing granny over the cliff?????.......
