I doubt it. Rasmussen has Obama up 2 with likely voters and so this would jive as registered normally give Ds 2-3 point cushion.

Is this a result of axelrod ‘strong arming’ Gallup?I guess I should already know this, but I don't. What's the story behind the Obama DOJ threatening to sue Gallup? What are they using as justification/what are they claiming as the basis for this threat?
