I doubt it, too. Any speech of stbstance takes time and energy to write. Speaking engagements take time away from the links and he'd have to be moderately sober. No, he doesn't have the discipline. It'd take too much time away from the links, the "spa" and his choom buddies.

We are speaking of a very lazy man, a lifelong beneficiary of affirmative action, who has no capacity for actual work.

He could hire a team of speechwriters, no doubt. But he hasn't the executive ability to hire good ones or to manage them effectively.

I'd warrant that he'll end up being a ward of the party (or some high-roller)...
