they were worth about $6m in jan 2009 (supposedly $11m now)

they make $400k/yr plus book ‘sales’ (how’d they ‘earn’ $5m in net worth on 3 1/2 yrs of that salary??)

20% down would be $7m leaving $28m... assuming 5% interest... that would mean a monthly mortgage of about $194,000
