Actually, that still and the dialogue is from 1958's "A Night to Remember", which for my money is infinitely better than Cameron's sprawling monstrosity.

Two of the finest British cinema actors are in that scene, too. Laurence Naismith as Captain Smith, and Michael Goodliffe as Andrews.

Very good movie...almost a docudrama, the sets are magnificent, and the modelwork, (for 1958), is spectacular....check it out sometime....its all here, albeit in 13 parts.
