And they are speeches delivered in the most annoying, clipped monotone any human being has ever possessed. I literally can not listen to Barack Obama speak. His annoying monotone drives me nuts!

I don’t think it’s a nose whistle as more of something with his teeth. Or perhaps some attempt at a sort of stage effect, some kind of ‘’gravitas’’ . Whatever it is, it IS bloody annoying!
