How did this flaming lib get elected governor in Montana? I thought Montana was mostly conservative...
A couple of "big" college or capital towns (Bozeman, Missoula, Helena) and many small low populated cow towns. Vote goes to the urban areas. (much like seattle out votes the rest of washington state, where I live)
