Excerpts from this speech could really hurt the democrats. Although it would have to be a PAC doing it, and not linked to the Romney campaign, an Ad with side-by-side video excerpts of Clinton waving his finger saying “I did not have sexual relations with the woman, Ms. Lewinsky’, and of Clinton waving his finger saying that Obama is moving the economy in the right direction. Then an exasperated voice saying “Can you believe this guy?”
I agree, by the way, that any enthusiasm generated by this speech will be gone in a few weeks, if not days, that Clinton wasn't able to help many other candidates when he campaigned for them, and that this will play well mostly with the committed democrat base - which includes the media.
