A government accountability group is accusing supervisors at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of urging the agency's employees to vote for President Obama and other Democrats in November.
The Washington, D.C.-based Cause of Action, which identifies itself as nonpartisan, said Wednesday that FAA officials at a Seattle office told employees that the agencys funding would be more secure if Obama defeats Mitt Romney to win a second term.
The allegation, if true, would be a violation of the Hatch Act, a federal law that prohibits government agencies from getting involved in partisan activities.

This is what Socialism looks like. :(
Somebody needs to be in jail. This is still America. You can’t do that kind of crap here.
It brings “The end justifies the means” to mind.
Nothing is really partisan in Seattle, there is only one party there.
Gee is there no end to what this administration will do to get re-elected?
This has to be a new low for these assholes!
....ummm... no wait...
And, after everything President Reagan did for them, too.
“which bills itself as non-partisan” - I don’t give a damn how it bills itself - are you pushing for votes? If so I want you in jail.
The entire government bureaucracy has been turned into part of the Obama campaign
thats what happens when unions and gov workers out number working class.
Did an Obammy Democrat break the law???!!! Don’t bother telling the Republicans because they could care less.
If a foreign president being seated, Holder’s gun running to Mexican Cartels and Obama dictating law through Executive Order is not illegal, neither is violating the Hatch Act.
Bttt.
FAA tells it’s employees they have a better chance of keeping their jobs if obama is re-elected.
Small businesses all over America tell their employees they’ll LOSE their jobs if obama is re-elected.
Ahh, fo shizzle! Would a DemonRat do that? Ohhh yeah!
Interesting - my mid-level FAA management nephew who in the past has considered himself a conservative Republican lapsed into an irrational hissy-fit at a family party last week when I mentioned something about the election - “Republicans don’t care about the workers” (Ask the Reagan Democrats I said) “We can’t go back there - they can’t cut interest rates any more for Reaganomics to get the money to make trickle down work” (We cut the corporate tax rate, bring home profits from overseas, cut regulations like Obamacare, and produce our own energy like oil said I) “Now you’re defending the big oil companies - we go to war to get their oil for them and they screw everybody” and he drifted away - strange, but then I remembered some time back when he had said that ‘rat administrations were good for the FAA because they got to hire lots more workers, but Republicans meant leaner times - they must be feeling the heat and expecting defeat.......
Naturally, it’s the party of government.
Obama has already set the tone, if you don’t like a particular law, just ignore it. It’s cool.
Nothing new here... has been going on since before radar was used by controllers (Find a copy of ‘Fundamentals of Air Traffic Control’ by Nolan and read the History of ATC for some good background of ATC and labor). In more recent times, the consideration of various FAA jobs as “inherently governmental” has been the focus, as any function that is not, can be competitively procured. Controllers in particular do not want their jobs privatized.
