The onus still remains entirely on the candidate who risks his party's victory in the election on his ability to keep something he did secret that would severely impact his ability to win at the ballot box. What if he didn't actually do it? What if his wife's lawyer claimed that he did it? And he wasn't aware of it?
Point being, Ryan can't be held responsible for what his wife's lawyer entered into the divorce record.

Point being, Ryan can't be held responsible for what his wife's lawyer entered into the divorce record. If he denied it, I would give him the benefit of the doubt. But dropping out of the race as a result of simply being accused of something is basically an admission of guilt as far as I'm concerned.
