I am not claiming it was from “this guy”. Simply that if SS has credible threats they may move it. BoA open stadium would be easier target. LOTS of crazy/angry people in Charlotte this week.

Also stated it could be optics, it is NOT weather. Obama has given speeches in rain in PA and VA.
