p>I won't run through the usual litany of misdeeds. If you don't already know them by heart, you'll commit them to memory eventually when you finally tire of liberals screeching at you for "hating women" while holding this guy up as a secular saint. (Chappaquiddick material is abundant online, but this post will get you up to speed on another legendary incident.) I've got to say, in all sincerity: I appreciate their brazenness in building a convention around the theme of a "war on women" while not only inviting Bill Clinton to be a headline speaker but having a video tribute to Teddy to start things off. They're all but admitting that their pretense of moral superiority really is just a pose taken for political effect. If John Edwards had walked out onstage to a standing ovation after this clip ended, it would have been one of the most honest moments in recent convention history. Alas, a missed opportunity.
The clip was introduced, by the way, by Joseph Kennedy III, who’s looking to replace Barney Frank. At the moment America has no Kennedys in Congress and, well, that simply won’t do in a dynastic country that values hereditary aristocracy like ours does, so good luck with your political career, Joe.
Ted Kennedy and Bill Clinton: Democrats don't just TALK about rape, they get out there and DO it!
Any Kennedy-Waitress-Dodd sandwiches being served?

Yep! “Waitress Sandwich”!
One of Kennedys close friends, former editor of Newsweek and New York Times Magazine Ed Klein, tells the Diane Rehm Show that Chappaquiddick jokes were high up on the list (audio here, at 30:10):
I dont know if you know this or not, but one of his favorite topics of humor was indeed Chappaquiddick itself. And he would ask people, have you heard any new jokes about Chappaquiddick? That is just the most amazing thing. Its not that he didnt feel remorse about the death of Mary Jo Kopechne, but that he still always saw the other side of everything and the ridiculous side of things, too.
Jules Crittenden wonders (with a great deal of snark) if you had to be there. Mark Hemingway is aghast:
EXCUSE ME? If thats true it makes Kennedy kind of a monster. The odd thing is that if you listen to the whole show, the tone of everyone involved is nauseatingly haigographic and reverential. Klein apparently let his guard down a bit; after he lets it slip Kennedy liked to joke about the woman he killed you can actually hear in his voice that hes trying to backpedal. The show actually cuts to a break as hes trying to explain himself, and I seriously wonder if it wasnt the producers trying to do Klein a favor. But Im sorry, there appears to be little to that could explain this. It goes way beyond you had to be there.
How many days has Teddy been sober now?
Maybe IMPEACHED Zipper-Boy Clinton knows what a “Chappaquiddick Zipper” is?
RIP, Miss Kopechne. She was a true American heroine who (unintentionally, I’m sure) gave her life to save us from Ted Kennedy ever becoming president.
Did the Dems drive a car off a bridge in Teddy’s honor in their tribute to him?
Did John Edwards and his hair speak? Oh, that’s right.
That brings tears to my eyes to think about the scared girl clawing at the carpet of the car to escape. I still remember watching my dear mother walking up to the TV with Ted Kennedy mugs and slapping the TV. She was disgusted with him. Sadly a lot of the people who remember that horrible time have passed on. History has been rewritten and people think Ted Kennedy is some sort of hero. I don’t think they even know about him killing that poor girl.
And then there was the waitress sandwich
I saw a little bit of the tribute this afternoon. A CNN reporter spoke to “Reverend Jesse Jackson” about the tribute right afterwards. OMG. Jackson is completely unintelligible. All I caught was something about the South and the North and healthcare. Complete Gobbledygook.
Tough assignment for the reporter. How do you ask a follow-up question if the response to your first question was nonsense?
RE: I still remember watching my dear mother walking up to the TV with Ted Kennedy mugs and slapping the TV. She was disgusted with him.
And yet, the voters of the once great state of Massachusetts continued to vote for him MANY TIMES OVER. It seems that to Massachusetts, what happened to Mary Jo had no bearing on Teddy at all.
Had Teddy lived to be a hundred and ten, they’d still vote him in. HE OWNED the MA Senate seat.
The Kennedy men love their women to death.
This is unbelievable, the Democrats are truly insane, what’s up is down and what’s down is up, I’m convinced if you had a hot stove and told a Democrat not to put their hand on it so as not to get burned, they would put their hand on it, under Obama, I am convinced the Democrat’s have denounced God and become the party of Sodom and Gomorrah! The feminists hate conservatives more than Muslims, it truly is an upside down world, sometimes, I just want to stop the ride and get off, I feel like the inmates are running the asylum!
last photo of your post.................why is it important to know where the dykes live ?
