He’s not running for election again, so he’s able to let it hang out a bit more than he has in prior years.

I wonder where he’ll retire? Wherever it is, he’ll be chuckling once in a while about the morons who kept electing him to office for the past 31 years.

MA4 was redrawn and actually now contains most of the more conservative area of SE Mass. Sean Bielat, a former Marine and Tea Party conservative who gave Bawney a run for his money in '10, is running again. The Dim's are running a Kennedy runt, with the accompanying bankroll.
