It's highly unlikely that Oren or any previous Israeli ambassador would make such a remark. The number one rule for a diplomat in a host country is: “Do no harm.” That would include saying anything that might alienate either political party.
If you watch Wasserman-Schultz in interviews she tends to make things up as she goes. And if she embraces Obama’s ideology she has written Israel off as a nation and a culture.

There's pretty much nothing to add to these very accurate observations. I would LOVE it if the Israeli embassy issues a press release DENYING any such statement - to show Demonrat Wasserman-Shultz for the liar that she is.
I'm not, however, going to hold my breath for any reasonable analysis of the obvious falsehood of such a statement by the LS media.
