Could not the guy wait until after Nov. 6, 2012? If Romney is elected POTUS, he would have been better to bet on the USA. Another possibility would have been Canada.
If he wanted to stay in Europe, he could try Luxembourg.
I'd go to work in Luxembourg at the drop of a hat. Much better than the UK, IMO. I played golf many times at the country club next to the Luxembourg airport. Nice course, and I was always treated magnificently. It was about an hour drive from where I was stationed in Germany in the late 70s.
