If enough of the right entities...like the Black Panthers...threaten this, it may be just the thing Obama needs to suspend elections in November. Probably not...but I put nothing past this current administration.
Without an election, the office of the president is legally vacant after 11:59 a.m. on January 20th. If Obama tries to hang on to power past then, he’ll need a lot of luck.
