The only consolation is that the NY times has so few readers because they are the only ones still drinking the koolaid. The comments were right out of college and closed, of course.
I am a conservative not because less about the underprivileged, but because I care more. I want them to actually have a chance at a better life — something that is virtually impossible once they get trapped in the welfare state.

On the other hand, Maureen, I know that President Obama loves poor people. He has to love poor people, I mean, just look at how many poor people he has created since taking office.
