My favorite one was:
If brains were gas, you wouldn’t have enough gas to run a piss ant’s motorcycle around the inside of a cheerio.
Of course “you couldn’t command a toy boat in a bathtub” comes up 2nd”
I got in trouble using that one against a boss, in my youth, of course.
