That was an Obama quote. In a speech to Americans he said, “there is a time in your life when you've made enough money...”

It was an off TOTUS comment that didn't get much media. That's why you didn't know of it.

Of course, anyone in their right mind never makes enough money. We may settle for it, but always enjoy more of it.
