“And so Clinton was signed on to remind voters of the glory days of a Democratic president’s economy”.

...I always look for this sentence in anything about Clinton because it needs to be said...”ONLY BECAUSE OF A REPUBLICAN CONGRESS”

If Clinton is supposed to remind voters of the glory days of a Democrat president’s economy, won’t some voters start thinking of the dismal economic record of the current Democrat president??? And couldn’t such thoughts actually persuade some voters to reject this current Democrat president???

Following your Glory Days comment

Now I think I’m going down to the well tonight
and I’m going to drink till I get my fill

And I hope when I get old I don’t sit around thinking about it
but I probably will

Yeah, just sitting back trying to recapture
a little of the glory of, well time slips away
and leaves you with nothing mister but
boring stories of glory days

The President always gets credit. In the 80’s with Ronald Reagan who gets all the credit but he had a Democratic Congress. I am happy with both Presidents getting credit. Clinton won’t help Obama anyway because Obama is 100 times worse than Clinton.
