She made a positive statement about Obama’s election, first black POTUS, blah blah blah. So did dozens of other folks. Some have chosen to translate that comment into “Rice voted for Obama.” No one knows who she voted for, and odds are no more than 50-50, if that, that she actually voted for Obama.
Unlike what the Romney campaign seemed to think (if this article can be trusted) Secretary Rice would NOT have helped with the African-American vote. Blacks will vote 10 to 1 for President Obama, regardless of who the GOP puts on the ticket.
