As a result, no one — not even the president — knows what Clinton intends to say. This has led some Democratic insiders to speculate that Clinton will make not-so-flattering remarks about the last four years of Democratic rule in the White House.

Either way, R2 better be ready to pounce with file footage of Clinton(s) and their attacks on Obama in light of the new speech.
If the DNC want any chance of success, they will do all they can to lose this battle, so there is still a chance to win the long term war.
Every demographic I have seen shows the number of supporters dropping that are needed to win an election. The ones that Obama is leading in, don't have enough people to make up the gap, from a % stand point.
Obama did NOT win the white female vote in 2008, despite the narrative. Why they think that will change is beyond me.
Clintbilly’s only concern is for himself.
He hates Obama, but he’s too smart to think he can just get up and attack him at the DNC without doing more damage to himself than to Obama.
For that reason, he is very unlikely to pull a fast one. It would only boomerang back at him, and he knows that. Even if he and hillary have no more direct political ambitions, it would damage their speaking fees and their popularity on the cocktail circuit.

You said a mothful - pun intended. Bubba is always scheming and I'm surprised he will get to be in the DNC limelight - it really could clinch the deal to oust the big "O". If he sounds supportive, we will have to listen to Rush to figure out what it really means...
One thing you can bet the farm on. When Bubba finishes talking and whatever he says....it will have been designed to make Bubba look like a much better president than Obama.

I saw it twice during the Auburn game. Normally don’t watch college football but it was daughters first game in the band there . . . and then never even showed the band in the stands or at halftime. :(

Watch for some very, VERY subtle digs at Obama. Bill despises Obama, but he won’t make it too obvious, or he’d anger the Obamabots just as they were warming up to the Hillary 2016 bandwagon.
Clinton will spill all the beans, make a 180 degree turn politically and admits that he is now a conservative republican.
My wife will watch the Red Sox if they are on, next, the Patriots, next almost any NFL game, next any college game (she used to be a big Penn State fan, but...), next the food channel. The best thing going last night was Auburn.
