Yeah, Newt’s a good verbal hedge against the Democrats, but he also did himself shame with that lie about the past marriage witness that wasn’t during the debate.

Clint Eastwood’s empty chair question about the results after all the campaign promises, like the budget deficit, was so spot on, it has to be applauded! Bravo Clint!

Speaking of Chik-Fil-A....

Clint Eastwood has a new movie coming out called Trouble With the Curve on the 21st. Now the Leftists are calling for a boycott of this movie, just because Clint isn’t towing the Left-wing, Hollyweird Obama-worship line. I mean imagine that! A movie star sticking his nose into politics!!!!!

So let’s Chik-Fil-A it! What I’m proposing is that all those good people who went to Chik-Fil-A on August 1st in order to show the Left that they, not them, were the MAJORITY; go to the theater on Clint’s opening night.

Are you with me? I told my wife we’re going. We haven’t gone to a non-Kid movie in ten years. She’s excited!

Sorry to be so tardy replying—was in Pa. all week on vacation away from PC. Ironically, my wife and I were hoping to see the new Eastwood picture while up there but it hadn’t opened yet. Think it opens 9/21.

For “2016” two weeks ago, we saw the movie and then went to Chic-Fil-a, the perfect conservative “dinner and a movie” (reversed) date. We’ll probably go the same way for the Eastwood movie.

P.S. It’ll be the first time I’ve seen two movies (in the theater) in the same calendar year in a LONG time. As my brother likes to say, “I haven’t been to the movies since John Wayne died.”

(Not true but it has a nice paleocon ring to it.)

Well, you can certainly add me to the list who are praying too. I can’t even begin to tell you how unsettling it is in my psyche that our best, brightest and bravest are still in harm’s way in that hellhole — and mainly for the political edification of the miserable leftist elites who for purely cosmetic reasons decided that is the “good war.” It’s all just too ugly for words as it bubbles inside me.

However, he seem to be getting better and better as time goes on which is a hopeful sign.

The proof one way or the other will be in the GOTV ground game he is able to press on election day and in maybe 12 states total. As inadequate as Romney might be ideologically for so many of us, he is all that stands between us and Oblivion. There will be no enduring 4 more years of descent into the Marxist muck.

At this point, Get Out The Vote is the only mantra that matters.
