My side is not any particular Senator, but Republican control of the Senate. At this point, maybe Akin is the best way to go in MO. Or maybe a conservative write-in candidate would be the more likely path for a Republican pick-up. My main point is that we have to think strategically abut how to gain control of the branch of government that can either restrain Obama or - if we win the Presidency - implement a freedom agenda.
But if we’re motivated by great injustices, e.g., Karl Rove said something offensive, the MSM reacts differently to idiot Republicans than it does to idiot Democrats, etc., we take our eyes off the ball.
And Akin is not just a non-entity, he’s also a jerk for not getting out of the way, because any other Republican with a non-flat-line EEG can win this thing easily. He’s the one who created this dilemma, not Karl Rove or the MSM.
Over & out. There’s still plenty of weekend left.
Those defending mitt and trashing Akin are either hypocrites or liberals, but I repeat myself.
Ohh yeh -- that'll work. Might just as well write in: McCaskill.
And Akin is not just a non-entity, hes also a jerk for not getting out of the way
Out of the way of what??? a legally held election that he won by 6 points. Missourians take their elections seriously.
because any other Republican with a non-flat-line EEG can win this thing easily.
Name one that can and would run, and oh yeh, [s]he must be one of Karl's gang of five.
Hes the one who created this dilemma, not Karl Rove or the MSM.
Who are you kidding??? He made the comment but Rove and the GOPe created the dilemma by their overreaction.
By his latest comments it is clear that Karl has taken this situation personally. His professional judgment has become seriously flawed as if it has not always been.
